Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, contact us at support@clenzaclean.com before placing your order.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on every order. No minimum spend required.
Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days from the date of purchase. During peak periods, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delays
Occasionally delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, public holidays, or carrier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 21 days of your order date, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived and tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, please contact us at support@clenzaclean.com and we will resolve it for you.
