If you are not satisfied with your Clenza order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Simply email us at support@clenzaclean.com with your order number and we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Do I Need to Return the Product?

In most cases, no. We may ask you to return the product depending on the situation, but for the majority of refund requests we will not require you to send anything back.

Damaged or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at support@clenzaclean.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund straight away.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will arrange the correct item to be sent to you at no cost.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. If a subscription order has already been processed and shipped, standard refund terms apply.
